Lakeside Oasis
RV Park
Fifty-one full-hookup concrete sites on the hill above Lake Cumberland, one mile from Safe Harbor Grider Hill Marina. Our guests call it LORV Park.
Resort-quality sites, minutes from the water
Lakeside Oasis RV Park sits on a quiet hillside in Albany, Kentucky, in the heart of Clinton County and a short drive from the marinas, coves and fishing water that make Lake Cumberland one of the best lake destinations in the South.
Every site was poured, wired and plumbed for big rigs: a 13 by 50 foot concrete pad, 30 and 50 amp power, water and sewer, on a 30 by 50 foot lot with room to spread out. The grounds are gated, well lit and watched around the clock, and the whole park was built new from the ground up.
Whether you are here for a long weekend on the water, a full season, or year-round living, this is the base you have been looking for.

Questions we hear most
Is LORV Park the same as Lakeside Oasis RV Park?
Yes. LORV Park is the short name our guests use for Lakeside Oasis RV Park, and lorvpark.com brings you to this same website. One park, one family, two names.
Where exactly are you?
We are at 4702 Grider Hill Dock Road, Albany, Kentucky 42602, one mile from Safe Harbor Grider Hill Marina on Lake Cumberland and 16 miles from Dale Hollow Lake.
Can you take big rigs?
Yes. Every site has a 13 by 50 foot concrete pad on a 30 by 50 foot lot, with 30 and 50 amp power, and the roads through the park are wide enough for a full-size motorhome with a tow vehicle.
Do you have a bathhouse and laundry?
They are planned and on the way. Until they open, every site is a full-hookup site with water and sewer, so you are self-contained from the day you arrive.
Are pets welcome?
Well-behaved pets are welcome. There is a fenced pet area for off-leash time and a wooded walking trail for everything else.
Can I store my boat nearby?
Right next door. Lakeside Boat Storage, run by the same owners, offers enclosed storage for boats and trailers beside the park.
How do I reserve a site?
Call 502-452-2825 or send us a note from the contact page. If you have a favourite spot on the park map, mention the site number and we will do our best to hold it.
